For Families

The Vienkoču Park is a great place to spend your leisure time with a family. We invite you to walk without rush the different trails of the park. You are welcome to take your picnic basket with you and use one of several leisure places which are available for families free of charge. We have arranged a playground which will be interesting for children of different ages.
In 2009 the Ministry of Children’, Families’ and Integration Affairs of Latvia announced the Vienkoču Park as one of the best family-friendly places in the country.
Cooperation with Enter Gauja
Enter Nature brings together natural attractions and outdoor experiences. The Vienkoči Park nature trail, the Līgatne landscape and walks in Gauja National Park belong to this community of nature experiences.

Enter Culture introduces the cultural life, crafts and creative experiences of the Gauja region. The Woodcraft Museum, workshops and events at Vienkoči Park belong to this cultural community.
